We know, you've probably seen this before but we love it because it's just so easy. And we love putting our favorite fabric scraps to good stylish use! Materials Old-school jam jars Fabric scraps (mix and match all different colors and patterns) Pinking shears Ruler Granola (you can fill with anything you love!) How-to Step 1 Take the top off the jar and pop out the middle. Step 2 Place the top on the fabric and leave about 2" on all sides. Step 3 Fill jar with granola. Step 4 Place fabric over the opening and twist on top. Step 5 Trim edges. February 24, 2010

Materials Small zig zag pots (Containerstore.com) Seed packets Ribbon Hole punch Favor tag Dirt Recipe card How-to Step 1 Take hole punch and make punches in about four of the accordian folds. Weave ribbon through and add on a tag. Step 2 Fill pot with seed packet and bag of dirt. Step 3 Don't forget the recipe card! We shared Grandma Annie's pasta sauce to make with the basil! Nope, not just any old flower pot. We decided to give the typical (and cheap) terra cotta pots a fresh coat of paint... in your signature wedding color, of course! The best part: it's chalkboard paint! Write a note of thanks or use it as a place setting and scribble your guest's name. How convenient!
