Materials Twine, string or filament Double sided decorative papers Fiskars punch with decorative edging Bone folder Scissors Glue Step 1:Cut your patterned paper to the desired flag size. Keep in mind where you’ll be stringing them and how large or small they should be. We like the idea of making one template and tracing that shape on all of your papers. Step 2: Take the Fiskars punch and create those pretty patterned edges. Step 3: Now that you have your flag shapes, you’ll need to create a pocket. Make a fold at the top. (Tip: Here’s where you’ll want to take out the bone folder to perfect the crease.) Step 4: Apply glue to the underside and wrap the edge around the string. Step 5: Repeat with the other flags.
