Materials: Envelope Liner Template kit X-acto blade or scissors Glu Dots Paper Pencil Step 1: Place your paper pattern-side facing down. Trace your envelope liner on the paper. I did this with my invitation! It was a hit. I got my paper at Target. It was wrapping paper and only 1.50 a roll. I got all my envelopes lined for less than $5!
